Bloobel Progressive Challenge - July 2017

It's time for the next instalment of the Bloobel Stamps Progressive Challenge and this month we have to create a scene with this fun Diver. I have added the Scaredy Crab and one of the funky garden plants {GM George} as a freaky bit of seaweed to create my scene.  A fun little sentiment - "The things you see under the sea" - finishes off the design.
